Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Harry Harvey, we take pride in crafting and delivering fresh, high-quality products directly from our own facilities. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and a transparent shopping experience. Please review our updated policy below.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only within the same day of placing the order.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed for production or dispatched through our shipping partner (Shiprocket).
  • Perishable items such as baked goods and food ingredients cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund based on the situation.
  • If the product does not match the description or does not meet your expectations, contact our team within the same day of receipt for a resolution.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days to your original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay.
